Lollipops, we do not really need to explain to you what it is. Mealworms, howevers, it's another story. This is actually the larva of a beetle. This little bug is very rich in nutrients as it needs energy for its development from the larval stage to the adult beetle stage. Rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, mealworms also have a very nice crispy chips taste. This very versatile food can be also used to prepare main course dishes or desserts. It is excellent in pastries and dishes like quiche or pizza.

So today, after hundreds of years during which insects have been banished from our plates, we can rediscover this natural food.
