Dispatch & Delivery

Europe entomophagy offers to deliver your order directly to your home or to the residence of the person to whom you intend for your order.

During your checkout process, you'll then be given the option to choose how your items are delivered. The list of delivery options will vary depending on a variety of factors including product weight, product size and delivery address. If you don't see a particular delivery option, then it's not available for your order. If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may also be subject to customs charges.

Entomophagy Europe chose to work with La Poste Colissimo (French national Post System) for most of its packages. Following your order, your parcel will be shipped within 72 hours anywhere in France or Europe (depending on the availability of the products).


Details of the delivery service

Dispatch of your order will be within 48-72h in France and Europe. Package delivery is your postman's responsability and may vary depending on a large variety of reasons and locations, especially outside of France. For more information see our Terms and Conditions.


My order hasn't arrived. Where is it?

If you visit "My Account" you'll be able to see a delivery estimate for your order. If this date has passed with no sign of your delivery then we recommend that you ask your carrier's local depot to check if they haveve already tried to deliver it, or ask your neighbour if the package has been left with them.


My item has been elivered more than 14 days ago. Can I still return it?

We do not accept the return of one or several items delivered more than 14 days ago. You won't be able to use our Online Returns form in this case so you'll need to contact us.
